Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 7-8 working days (Monday - Friday).
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo of the issue and email it to info@lamp-lounge.com. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct or replacement item.
