Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging and must not be customized or opened (e.g., liquids or made-to-measure products).

How to return an item

To begin the return process, kindly contact our customer service team at support@lamp-lounge.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name on the order
  • Your shipping address

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and a return form. You must include the completed return form in your return package.

IMPORTANT: Returns sent without prior contact and a completed return form will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days
  • It may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lamp-lounge.com

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@lamp-lounge.com. Please provide:

  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the damage or defect

If validated, we will ship a replacement free of charge and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 30 days. To exchange:

  1. Email support@lamp-lounge.com with your order number and desired new size
  2. Receive and complete the exchange form
  3. Ship your item and exchange form to the provided address with tracking
  4. Once received, we’ll send the correct size at no extra charge

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Label

You can request a return label by emailing our customer service at support@lamp-lounge.com. Please note that while we will provide the return label, the return shipping cost remains the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet the policy conditions.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you can still return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense.
