  • Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days (processing + shipping).

When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most banks and payment providers process refunds within 3–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

How can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return your product within 30 days and place a new order for the desired item.

In case of a defective product, we will send you a free replacement once approved.
